Home making for home makers

Growing up is the easiest part of growth, for no one expects much from you. Being a first born of first born though, might not be all the same. At some point, they instill their attitude of responsibility to you, always growing you before your time. That just made me who I am today. Fortunately for me, I loved that bit.

My unfortunate part was growing up so quickly that I was responsible for someone and a lot of expectations came knocking. This made my heart click and branded me a new. Now I needed to watch my back and be a good example, mentor call it as u wish to my siblings.

Years later and the same string is flowing and I watch my first born grow so fast that I wish to tell her she needs to slow down. Today I thank God for the preparation He gave me to be a mother and a wife through my years.

Every woman will tell u it's not enough to be a woman rather, being a mother and wife is not a walk in the park, it takes sacrifice, maturity and endurance. To even be more phenomenal, grace and humility has to set in your heart. This, I salute all wives and mothers who have made it thus far.

Today though I wanna applause homemakers who are comfortable being responsible fully for their families regardless of their backgrounds. These are women who are full time mothers and wives and often times are not seen to bring any economic value home. However, their staying home is more than fatigues. It's a noble job that gets one to be an early riser and still sleep late watching over those who went out to work for a few hours.

I applaud them because they are ever working, ever trying to find solutions and even better, ever trying to find favor before those they work hard for. They are finding value in what they do And it's not easy without a good support system. Therefore, God be your judge as you find peace and keep peace in the home and the society at large.
